Datavant, the data collaboration platform trusted for healthcare, New Mountain Capital, Neuberger, and KKR today announced that funds managed by Neuberger Capital Solutions, along with Neuberger Private Markets (collectively, “Neuberger”), and investment funds and accounts managed by KKR have agreed to acquire a significant minority stake in Datavant (the “Company”). New Mountain Capital (“New Mountain”), which has been an investor in Datavant since 2014, will retain its control position in the Company.
