New York, NY, February 10, 2023 – Neuberger Berman Capital Solutions (“NB Capital Solutions”) announced a direct growth investment in support of Oak Hill and Genstar-backed Mercer Advisors (“Mercer” or the “Company”). Mercer is a wealth management and financial planning firm that provides comprehensive, fee-based investment management, financial planning, as well as tax and estate services. Mercer manages approximately $50 billion in client assets. NB Capital Solutions participated in the equity raise to fund a series of accretive acquisitions.
