VPP is a veterinary practice management group that partners directly with Doctors Of Veterinary Medicine (“DVMs”). VPP provides centralized support services to its partner practices to ensure that DVMs are able to focus on providing the highest quality care to their clients across 100+ animal hospitals nationally. NB Capital Solutions participated in the equity raise to fund a series of accretive acquisitions.
