New York, NY, March 19, 2024 – Neuberger Berman Capital Solutions (“NB Capital Solutions”) announced a direct growth investment in support of Audax Private Equity-backed DISA Global Solutions (“DISA” or the “Company”). DISA is a leading provider of employee screening and compliance services.
The investment by NB Capital Solutions enabled DISA to complete the add-on acquisition of the screening and compliance services operations of Castle Branch Inc., a provider of compliance management and background screening services, with a special focus on supporting the success of students, faculty, and other education and healthcare professionals across the nation. This acquisition marks DISA's latest strategic move, underscoring its commitment to expanding its service offerings and enhancing its market presence, particularly within the healthcare and academic sectors.
